Chance was the first Border Collie in Canada to earn Grand Championship Bronze. Even more important is he won hearts along the way. Chance has the most amazing friendly disposition, he loves everyone he meets and hugs them. Because he loves all the attention we will continue with limited showing as so can hug his friends!. I am starting my search for a retirement home for him in the fall of 2023.
He was also Canada’s #1 Border Collie 2021.
Chance has had a amazing show career . He started his show career at just 4 months old as a baby puppy. He went unbeaten in the breed and the herding group when he then moved up to puppy status. When still a puppy we traveled to the USA to compete in AKC events. A wonderful weekend in the fall to compete against some excellent Border Collies he shined. Winning 14 of the 15 ( he already had 1 point) required points to attain his American Championship. In 2020, with very limited shows he quickly attained his Canadian Championship. Chance has now completed his Canadian Grand Championship winning the group 4 times. He was also awarded group 2nd twice, group 3rd twice and group 4th 8 times.
In 2022 Chance won the herding group and went on the compete for Best in Show – He was awarded Reserve Best in Show. AMAZING!!!
